Our daily food packages also contain a ginger shot and a fresh juice. Our plans are completely flexible to suit your lifestyle, with plans starting from just 1 day through to a monthly plan.

The art of eating well should be exciting as well as making you feel good. We pack lots of flavours into each of our dishes.

We have removed foods that can typically make you feel tired, bloated and overall lacking in energy. Instead we are swapping in healthy balanced meals, rich in plant based foods and responsibly sourced meats. All our packages are free from wheat, dairy and refined sugar, and everything is made from scratch in our kitchen.
