Ceramics by BiZ. B and Z are the initials of our names and “biz” means “us” in our language. All our products are made by us, Ceramics by BiZ. We love to create unique ceramic items, totally hand made, using potters wheel or hand built. We give our love to each item starting from design to glazing and do our best to make them beautiful, functional and unique. It is the biggest happiness for us when we see our products are being used and truly enjoyed.

Petite Lamb

Petite Lamb was established in 2010 by Katrina, the designer and seamstress behind the business. The passion for sewing and eye for design has brought together a collection of unique and one of a kind pieces that you will find both online, in store and out and about at pop up markets. Katrina started sewing at an early age taught by her mother and participated in her first market back in 1996 in St. Kilda, Melbourne selling hand painted silk pyjamas. The love for materials and sewing has always been a strong theme in Katrina’s life.

Oo La Lab

Oo La Lab is a craft fragrance lab where perfume ingredients are stored in small batches and hand-poured to order. Use the Oo Fragrance Table to select ingredients and build up your own fragrance formula, or work with an Oo La Mixologist to design one. 1000’s of unique olfactory combinations can be crafted. Oo La Lab hosts sensorial workshop sessions under the title ‘Chemistry of Oo’.

At Wild Wood our mission is to combine the elements of nature with excellent design and a touch of craftsmanship. Each of our sunglasses include high quality polarised lenses offering top class protection, fused with a natural wood frame, making for a truly unique product.

Our products are all eco-friendly with the full range being handmade from reclaimed wood. We’re constantly trying to drive environmental awareness and considering this we have teamed up with The Nature Conservancy by planting one tree through their ‘Plant a Billion’ campaign for every product we sell. 1 sale = 1 planted tree 🙂

Mleiha

Mleiha, a UNESCO-nominated World Heritage Site in the Central Region of the Sharjah map, is home to a number of significant sites, including Bronze Age tombs and pre-Islamic forts. Fascinating artifacts and fossils were discovered here, including pottery, iron tools and camel skeletons. The Mleiha Archaeological Centre, which opened in 2016, houses these discoveries and even more artifacts that uncover ancient UAE history.

The centre also offers a range of tours and activities. You can explore the archaeological sites or venture into the sand dunes with a desert safari. Alternatively, you can also try other desert adventures like riding a quad bike or dune buggy over the sand. If you prefer to go on foot, consider trekking to Camel Rock for an expansive view of the desert. The surrounding area is a beautiful location for a desert camp on soft dunes and under glittering night stars.
